Information We Collect
When you contact us, we may collect your name, contact details, property address, the nature of your inquiry, information you provide in forms, emails or calls, and relevant property or public-record information. Our website and hosting providers may collect basic technical information, including IP address, device/browser information and usage data.
How We Use Information
We use information to respond to inquiries, research or verify matters related to requests, explain options, coordinate requested services, maintain records, operate and secure our website, and comply with legal obligations. We may use publicly available property records to conduct research; use of public records does not by itself establish consent to receive SMS messages.
Calls and AI Assistance
Calls may be answered by Rachel, our AI receptionist. Calls or messages may be recorded or transcribed when enabled, subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.
Information Sharing
We may share information as reasonably necessary with service providers supporting our operations and, when appropriate to your matter, independent attorneys or other professionals. We may also disclose information when legally required. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Data Security and Retention
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. No electronic system is completely secure. We retain information as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, legitimate business records and applicable legal obligations.
SMS Communications
By checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from REI Help Center concerning customer service, responses to your inquiries, and research or verification of related matters. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving services.
Messages are sent only where the required consent and applicable messaging permissions exist. Researching or identifying a potential recipient does not, on its own, authorize unsolicited text messages. See our SMS Terms for further details.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of information by emailing gary@reihelpcenter.com. Requests may be subject to identity verification, applicable law and recordkeeping requirements. To stop SMS messages, reply STOP; to request help, reply HELP.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be finalized when the policy is approved and published.
