SMS Communications
By checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from REI Help Center concerning customer service, responses to your inquiries, and research or verification of related matters. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving services.
Consent and Eligibility
SMS consent is collected through an unchecked, optional consent box or another documented, compliant opt-in method. We send messages only as permitted by applicable law and our registered messaging use case. Publicly available property information or identifying a potential surplus funds recipient does not itself establish permission to text that person.
Opting Out and Getting Help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out of future messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact gary@reihelpcenter.com or (404) 382-8222. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out.
